All our products have minimum 1 year warranty except;

Fuses has no warranty

Light Bulbs has either 1 year warranty or until life hour whichever comes first.

Go to your order page after the order has been delivered and select the option to return. Give a reason for returning, then submit. As soon as we can, we'll get in touch with you to start the process.

We accept the following payment methods in the online shop: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

For items purchased from the elitco online shop, it is not possible to get a VAT invoice. However, the VAT amount and rate of your purchase are stated on your invoice.  

After doing your online order you can cancel it entirely or partially, from order page or by emailing Customer Services at sales@elitco.com.

You can cancel online orders if our warehouse has not commenced the processing of your order. You can cancel the order from order page in your account.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed successfully. Once you receive the shipment email your order has been processed successfully. You can check the status of your order by visiting the order tracker. This will tell you at which stage of the delivery process your order is. Have you not received your confirmation email? In that case, please write an email to sales@elitco.com who will provide further assistance on this topic.

We are sorry to hear that your order is canceled. It is very hard to define a specific reason why the order is canceled. we'll pay you back the amount of the canceled products. 

Yes, we will email you a PDF copy of your invoice. You should receive it shortly after you get your shipment confirmation email.

You may locate the order number in your account's order page after your order has been placed successfully. Additionally, we will email a confirmation of your order to the email address you provided, along with other helpful information, including the order number.

Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address as long as both addresses are in the same country.
