  • Order is delivered within the last 14 days.
  • Order is returned with its invoice and original packaging.
  • Products are not be used or damaged in any way.
  • Order is not purchased under any promotion or discount.

NOTE: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless there is any manufacturing defect.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel online orders if our warehouse has not commenced the processing of your order. Steps to cancel your order online

  1. Go to the orders. You can find your order number in your order history or in the email we sent you to confirm the order.
  2. Immediately email our Customer Services at or call at to request cancellation. Customer Services will confirm whether or not the cancellation is possible.


Refund Process

Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 2 business days to issue the refund to the original payment method. Please be aware that sometimes the refund might not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer.

If the product does not fully comply with our policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

For COD(cash on delivery) orders, We will transfer the refund amount to your bank account directly after inspecing the returned item.
